Here is some very useful information regarding the Marketplace, especially if you are a vendor or artist!
Marketplace Vendor Access Hours
Note: If the room can be opened to set up before 6pm, we will do everything we can to open it. But we can not guarantee to be able to.

Sponsor/Staff Access: 2:30pm

**Take down begins at 4pm when the room closes. Tear down of booths should not begin until that time unless prior arrangements have been made. (Packing of overstock is preparation of leaving is allowed.) We ask that all personal/ company items, equipment, etc. be removed from the Marketplace by 8pm on Sunday, July 30, 2017. Your assigned area must in condition to be returned to hotel control. (Exceptions to the allotted time can be made to this with approval of the marketplace department head.)
Vendors/Artists that require power, internet, phone, and Furnishings:
Booth- Power, phone, and internet
Internet, phone lines, and power are provided for a fee by the Coralville Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. The Marriott utilities form must be completed and faxed to the Coralville Marriott at least 2 weeks before the convention to ensure your needs are ready when you arrive. Additional forms will be available at setup at the Marketplace check in table. The Marriott staff will try to fulfill these additional requests in a timely manner before the opening of the room to the public. email@example.com
Booth- additional furnishings
You may bring additional tables/display stands and racks for your booth area as stated above.
Additional booth needs are also available and must be requested and paid for through Spielman’s. Information, phone number, and order forms are available at through the link provided on the Anime Marketplace page on the AnimeIowa website.
The Dealers page has been updated with a list of confirmed Dealers that will be attending AnimeIowa 2012.
Attention to Dealers, if you are signed-up for the dealers room but have not sent in your contract, you have until Wednesday July 11 to get the Contract sent and post-marked. You can also make arrangements to file electronically. If you have any questions or concerns please contact firstname.lastname@example.org soon.
This year AnimeIowa will be hosting a Art Exhibit and Competition where you can submit artwork to be publicly viewed during the convention and also submitted for competition. Check the Dealers Sign-up Page to check out the Artists Packet which contains the rules for the competition, guidelines for submission, and the sign-up form. Mail-in submissions must be post-marked by July 11th, other submissions can be entered at con. If you have any questions or concerns email email@example.com.
Are you interested in selling your wares at AnimeIowa 2012? Good news! The contracts, pricing, and policies for obtaining a booth at AnimeIowa 2012 have been posted to the Dealers Sign-up page. Be sure to sign-up in a timely manner. Same as last year, those interested in Artist Alley sign up for the same booths as Dealers. Any questions can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sign-up for the AnimeIowa 2012 Dealers Room and Artists Alley should be opening before the end of March. More details (pricing, contract details, etc) will be posted to the website when they become available, so be sure to check back.
Dealers Room and Artists Alley are full and no more sign ups will be accepted.
