This is an example entry form for the AnimeIowa 2008 Iron Editor Contest. To compete in the Iron Editor contest you must be a registered attendee of the AnimeIowa convention prior to the start of the competition. To enter, please complete this form and send it to: AnimeIowaAMVContest@gmail.com.

2. Email Address: All official contest communications shall be conducted by email. If a contestant fails to respond to official email they shall be placed on the reserve list and a reserve contestant shall receive their spot.

Technical Information

4. I am aware that in order to compete I must bring my own computer and editing software. Yes / No

5. I am aware that in order to compete, I must provide my own source video and that AnimeIowa does not want to know how or where I obtained that source video. Yes / No

6. My computer has the hardware to mirror my desktop to an RCA cable (red-white-yellow type connector; often seen on dvd players). Yes / No

Portfolio Information

Please provide links to at least two but no more then ten AMVs created by you in the last two years. Please submit links to streaming playback sites such as youtube; portfolio files from download sites such as animemusicvideos.org will only be considered if time permits. The selection committee is particularly interested in individuals capable of making two or more videos in the span of a month, and can work with a variety of different musical styles.
