AnimeIowa 2017 Room Block Opening Monday, March 6th!
Good morning, dear attendees!
For those who have not yet seen the forums, the AnimeIowa room block announcements are up and we’re preparing to open hotel rooms to all of you for AI 2017! You can find information in the Hotel Forums! If you have any questions, please send them to ai.hotel@gmail.com and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
We’re very pleased to see all your smiling faces at the convention this year, so keep your eyes peeled for the 10am opening of the block and secure your place on site at the Coralville Marriott for the Haunted Carnival of Pigs! *evil cackle*
WANTED: Room Parties!
Always wanted to help be a part of what makes AnimeIowa great? Do you miss one of the most diverse, energetic, and enjoyable pieces of convention life? We’d love to see you join our room party block! Until May 1st, room party submissions are open! Here’s a bit about what you need to know:
Room parties can only be held on the second floor, but this will allow you to enjoy your night life with your friends and party guests without worrying about noise complaints! New for 2016, we also have contests and goodies for the room party block and would LOVE to be able to give them away!
Don’t have a reservation? Contact us anyway; we can likely still get your a room party room! Reservations take priority.

Has RAGBRAI got you concerned about where you’re going to park your car this year? Not sure if you can get to and from the Marriott? At long last, the Hotel Team is glad to release much needed information regarding this year’s convention. After early hotel reservations and much frustration, we present to you RAGBRAI. We are proud to be hosting our convention side by side with the city’s events this year to make for extra fun for all!

It’s time! The AnimeIowa 2015 room block is open as of 10am Monday, December 1, and it’s YOUR chance to book your room!
A Single King room is $124 plus tax per night, a Double Queen is $137 plus tax, and the extended Sunday rate is $62.
Click here to book your single king room, or here for your double queen room! Please remember that room types are NOT guaranteed and you may not necessarily end up in the room you request. The hotel team and the Marriott are standing by to help make sure all your roommates have a space to sleep!
