Agreement and expectations:

First party will supply each booth with one cloth covered 30″ wide table (length correlates based on vending space), two chairs, and waste basket. All items must be kept within your purchased booth area to comply with OSHA regulations. Vendors may provide their own equipment i.e.: tables, racks, shelves, display tables (within your space), and remove your table covering to use your own personalized affects. It is expected that your booth name be clearly displayed within your booth at all times of shopping. Weather that be a banner or clear signs/posters is up to you, however one should not question or struggle to see who is within what booth space. Vendors mey play music during set up and tear down if kept at a respectable lever. Once selling hours start the only music playing is to be coming from the hotel itself.

Hours and information

Vendors may request additional booth needs through the decorator. Contact information and order form will be provided at or prior to the convention. Power, phones or internet services are provided for a fee by the Hyatt. Our Marketplace is open for sales: Friday 2:30PM- 8PM; Saturday 9:30AM- 6PM; Sunday 9:30AM-4PM. Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up Thursday from 6PM-10PM. Break down is Sunday 4PM-8PM. Hours are subject to change.

Penalty:

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. The convention reserves the right to check, inspect, censor any booth. You may be charged for any damage or high mess volume of your space left behind. Aggression, or lack of compliance to the policy packet, Bootleg and art theft and anything else listed in the policy packet or representative of being a combative individual, will not tolerated, Failure to comply with these or anything listed in the policy packet (available on the website or by request via email) can result in removal or a ban from the convention.

You will recieve the ability to pay shrotly after signing and will have 20 days to pay unless comunicated otherwise.

I understand. All other details to the rules and expectations of the Marketplace room has been laid out in the policy packets and can be found on the primary website, on the Marketplace Discord, as well as emailed upon request. Be sure to read all pages of the policy packet and information within this contract before signing to acknowledge said rules and expectations.
