- $144.00 per night – base price does not include applicable taxes
- Double Queen Room
- Two beds
- $147.00 per night – base price does not include applicable taxes

Any attempt to book a room over the convention dates prior to the block opening will result in a cancelled reservation.
- Deposit and payment
- Be prepared to enter a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
- This credit card will be used for the 1st nights advance deposit.
- The advanced 1st nights advanced deposit will be charged to the credit card on May 1, 2025.
- If the deposit is declined, you will be contacted and must provide an alternate form of payment in order to keep your reservation..
Remember when booking a room with friends make plans well in advance. Determine whose Bank/Credit Card will be used.
