A reminder that pre-registration ends May 31st. After that you will have to register at the con. Last year we reached our registration cap and had to turn some people away, so make sure that doesn’t happen to you and pre-register.

The Registration and Badge Policies have been updated. It is important that everyone reads them. The crucial items are:
- Only persons with a badge are permitted within con space; the hallways past the registration table, the patio, dealers hall, and all programming rooms.
- All attendees ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Remember our registration cap is 3,500 this year. Registration will close upon reaching the cap, so we strongly recommend you pre-register. We cannot guarantee there will be available space through the weekend. **The only way to ensure you receive a badge is if you pre-register**
On that note, Pre-Registration closes May 31st, in less than a month.

Even though our room block at the Coralville Marriott Hotel is full, with a little luck you can STILL get a room there for AnimeIowa 2011. How? Sign up for our Hotel Room Waiting List! Check out the FAQs for more info.

All of the Friday and Saturday night rooms have now been reserved. However, we do still have rooms available at the reduced AnimeIowa room rate for Thursday night and Sunday night. So if you’d like these nights, or if you’d like to ADD Thursday or Sunday to your existing reservation at our reduced rate, now is the best time to do that!
What does this sell out mean for those of you who still would like a room at the Coralville Marriott? You should sign up for the Hotel Room Waiting List! The record speed at which all of our rooms were reserved this year caught us off guard a bit, but we’ll have this year’s waiting list info and sign-up posted in the next few days.
